Description

Koro Pro2+ Exterior Paint uses a special resin formula to create a protective film on the wall surface in coastal weather conditions with high salt concentration or frosty areas with strong sunlight and large temperature fluctuations, keeping for a durable wall surface.

Key features

LOTUS LEAF EFFECT: Increases waterproofing of vertical walls, roof floors, tank walls... 10 times more than conventional waterproofing.

SELF-CLEANING ABILITY: Keeps the surface fresh, anti-moss, bacteria.

EASE OF CONSTRUCTION: Using simple equipment, simple operation.

NO APEO: Completely free of APEO (Alkylphenol Ethoxylate) which is a listed surfactant unclassifiable carcinogen.

LOW VOC CONTENT: Safe for human health and the environment.

  • Gloss (60o angle): 60 – 62
  • Scrubbing: Over 15,000 cycles
  • VOC content, < 100 g/liter
  • Consumption: 14 – 16m2/liter/layer
  • Packing size: 1liter, 5 liters & 18 liters
  • Storage period: 36 months
  • Weatherability of paint film when accelerated by UV radiation, for 240 hours. Test cycle: 4 hours UV exposure/60 ± 3°C, 4 hours condensation/50 ± 3°C: durable film.

Surface preparation

The surface to be painted must be firm, dry, and free of substances that reduce adhesion such as oil, grease, and dirt. Before painting, a suitable primer must be applied (here we recommend using the Koro SaltProof Primer Exterior).

Paint application

Apply 2 coats of finish paint. Stir well before use. Surface drying time: from 20 to 45 minutes. Completely dry in 2-4 hours. Construction tools: Brush, roller or paint sprayer.
