Furthermore, after drying, Wood Filler can sand easily, and have excellent adhesion on wood surface, also work effectively with Koro Wood Paint (water based) products. Moreover, it has very low VOCs and is environmentally friendly.

Koro Wood Filler  is a ready mixed mastic from water based, used to patch, fill and smoothen defects on wood surfaces like nail holes, racks…Because it is fast drying and ready mixed, so help install quickly and conveniently. Furthermore, after drying, Wood Filler can sand easily, and have excellent adhesion on wood surface, also work effectively with Koro Wood Paint (water based) products. Moreover, it has very low VOCs and is environmentally friendly.

  • Density (at 25oC): 1.75 kg/l.
  • PH (25oC): 8 ÷ 9
  • Packing size: 700gr, 5 kg & 20kg.
  • Storage period: 12 months.

Surface preparation

  •  Clean wood surface, wipe out all oil marks, dust…let surface dried.
  •  Sellect wood filler color to match with wood or stain color.

Application tool

  •  Putty knife

Application

  • Use putty knife to spread and fill wood filler into defects and press lightly. Make sure the wood filler amount a little higher than the wood surface (back up for shrinkage as drying and sanding).
  • Use clean clothes to wipe out extra mastic around application area.
  • With some deep and big holes and cracks, must apply filler for 2 or 3 times. The drying time between each application is from 2-4h. After that, sand and smoothen filler.
  • Clean all dust before next steps.
