Koro Pro+WaterProof Multifunction Paint

• Consumption: 6 – 8m²/liter/layer;
• Packing size: 1liter, 5 liters & 18 liters;
• Storage period: 24 months;
• Store paint in a cool and dry place, put the paint can in a safe vertical position, close the lid tightly, do not mix with water or allow the paint to become contaminated before storage.

Surface preparation

• Cement and concrete base must be strong enough, not peeling, remove all moss, old paint, grease, chalk dust and weathered cement layers.
• For walls, the new foundation needs to wait at least 21 days for the cement structure to stabilize before applying the product.
• To ensure good adhesion of the waterproof layer with low consumption, it is necessary to pre-wet the surface to be applied by using a roller for 1-2 layers of water before applying waterproofing.

Paint application

• Prepare Koro Pro+WaterProof Multifunction Paint and Portland cement of high grade (grade 400 daN/cm² or higher) according to the mixing ratio: 01 kg of paint + 01 kg of cement + 0.4 kg of water (can be adjusted depending on the conditions of the construction).
• Surface drying time: 20 - 45 minutes.
• Mix cement with water first and stir until smooth. Then mix with Koro Pro+WaterProof Multifunction Paint and continue to stir the mixture well.
• Use paint brush or roller to apply 2-3 coats of the above mixture. Each coat is applied 6-8 hours apart. Other topcoats can be applied to this waterproofing layer after 1 - 2 days of drying.
• The product reaches its peak hardness after 7 days.
