    Description

    Koro Wood Sanding Sealer is a one-component, water-based transparent wood primer used to smooth and homogenize wood surfaces for interior and exterior wood products. Thanks to the Core-Shell pure acrylic polymer structure and special additives in the formula, the paint dries quickly and sands extremely easily, helping to create a super smooth and smooth skin surface.     Ingredients

    • Acrylic Polymer Blend.
    • Mineral powder.
    • Water.
    • Active additives.

    Safety and environmental recommendations

    • Do not let paint come into direct contact with eyes, avoid breathing dust when sanding.
    • Keep out of reach of CHILDREN.
    • Do not pour excess paint or product into drains or watercourses.

    Preservation

    • The product is stored in a cool and dry place.
    • Limit direct exposure to hot sun and high temperatures.
    • When you open the lid and finish using it, keep the lid tightly closed.

    Surface preparation

    • Use Koro Wood Filler to seal, fill and smooth out screw holes, cracks, pins and imperfections on wood surfaces.
    • Use 120/240 sandpaper to sand and smooth the wood.
    • Clean and dry, remove dirt, grease, fingerprints, sawdust from wood surfaces.
    • Wood surface moisture from 8-12%.

    Construction tools

    • Brush, brush or spray gun.
    • Construction tools must be clean.

    Construction

    • Gently and evenly stir the product from the bottom of the can to the top. Be careful not to shake vigorously as this can cause a lot of air bubbles in the paint.
    • Use brush, brush or spray gun to apply 1 to 2 coats.
    • To dry, the drying time of each layer is about 30-60 minutes (drying time depends heavily on temperature conditions, air humidity and application method). Using sandpaper 320 or 400, lightly sand (sand along the grain) after each coat to remove raised wood fibers, smoothing and increasing grip for the next layer. Clean the dust on the wooden surface.
    • Finish 1-3 coats of Koro Acrylic Lacquer gloss/matte paint, or Koro Polyurethane Exterior  wood polish or Koro Polyurethane Interior wood gloss finish.
